Horizontal Fire Shutters

The H200 is a horizontal coiling fire & smoke rated shutter. It is a motor operated system which is designed and manufactured as a fail-safe unit utilizing the Auto-Set® operator. The unit is driven to the closed position by our patented self-closing mechanism, much like our S9000 and S4000 models.

 

Side Coiling Fire Doors

The automatic resetting S4000 Fire Door Systems are side coiling fire doors that are UL classified for up to 3 hours. The S4000 Fire Door Systems are side activated which allow the doors to navigate around curves and contoured openings. 

 

Overhead Coiling Fire Doors

The McKeon Auto-Set® fire & smoke rated doors are recommended in situations where fire protection is required but emergency egress is not an issue. The Auto-Set® fire door is a vertically acting fire door which is UL classified for up to four hours in both masonry and dry wall applications. 

 

Insulated Fire Doors

Insulated Fire Doors Auto-Set® model FSFD-IS is designed for interior or exterior applications where climatic temperature transfer as well as fire rating is required. 

 

Temperature Rise Rated Fire Doors

Temperature Rise Rated Fire Doors Auto-Set® model FSFD-TR is used in areas such as exit enclosures and exit passageways which may require the fire door assembly to have a maximum transmitted temperature end point of not more than 450 degrees F above ambient at the end of 30 minutes. 

 

Acoustical Fire Doors

Model FSFD-STC is an acoustically rated coiling fire door. Acoustical Rated Fire Doors are available in both vertical and side coiling designs. These doors are available with up to a 34 STC rating.

 

Counter Fire Shutters

Auto-Set® Counter Fire & Smoke Rated Shutters are available up to 28' 0' wide x 12' 0' high. These units are designed and manufactured to accommodate both interior and exterior applications. These units are available in either prime painted galvanized steel, stainless steel or they can be powder coat finished to any desired colour. All of counter fire and smoke rated shutters utilize the Auto-Set® hand crank or motor operated system.
